By using this utility, you accept these terms with Ship It! Software Limited. If you do not accept them, do not use the utility.

Use the utility only with files and data you are authorized to process and in compliance with applicable law. Do not use it to harm the service or others.

Your files and outputs

You remain responsible for source JSON, permissions, transformation choices, and checking every generated JSON or CSV output before relying on it.

Availability and changes

The utility may change, become unavailable, or be withdrawn without notice. We may suspend access that threatens security or lawful operation.

Intellectual property

We retain rights in the site, interface, and original materials. You retain rights in your files and outputs to the extent the law provides.

Disclaimers

The utility is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, fitness, uninterrupted operation, or preservation of data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ship It! Software Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from use of the utility.

Termination, privacy, and governing law

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict misuse. The Privacy Policy explains data handling. These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Continued use after a revision means you accept the revised terms; the date above identifies the current version.
